6 Days Uganda Wildlife & Primates Safari

Spending 6 days in Kibale, Bwindi Impenetrable and Murchison falls National Parks offer opportunities of trekking chimpanzees, mountain gorillas and encountering the big five animals in Uganda’s jungles and wilderness areas.

Murchison falls National Park is the oldest Park in Uganda gazetted in 1952 and the largest extending for 3840 square kilometers. It shelters over 75 mammal species, over 475 bird species and the incredible Murchison falls that offers a perfect backdrop for photography.

Kibale Forest National Park was established in 1993 and covers an area of 795 square kilometers. This is one of the best chimpanzee trekking destinations in the World with over 1500 chimpanzees with about 6 habituated chimpanzee troops. The Park shelters 12 other primate species, over 350 bird species and visitors who explore this Park can also get a chance to visit the nearby Bigodi wetland Sanctuary.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is one of the four mountain gorilla trekking destinations and shelters at least half the population of these Great Apes in over 40 groups, 19 of which were habituated for trekking. Visit to this Park is obviously the highlight of your 6 days Kibale, Bwindi and Murchison falls Safari.
